Placton shows what AI assistants answer when your customers ask about what you sell. This page says who makes it, how it works and how to reach us.

What Placton does
Placton asks ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity and Grok the questions your customers ask, and shows whether your brand is named or cited, in what position, next to which competitors and with which sources. It is a service for companies, freelancers and agencies. Each workspace follows one brand in one country and one language.
It measures and shows. It does not write or publish content, and it does not guarantee positions, visibility or traffic: nobody controls what an AI answers, so we do not promise that any AI will recommend you. It does not measure Gemini (the app), Google AI Mode or Copilot, or the traffic that arrives from an AI, and it has no exports, API or white label.

How it measures
We work from real answers: ChatGPT on chatgpt.com, the way a person sees it, the real AI Overview in Google results, and Claude, Perplexity and Grok with web search. Visibility comes with its margin of error, changes say whether they are real or within the noise, and every method change is published with its date.

How the blog is written
Raúl Díaz signs the articles and is responsible for what the blog publishes. The first draft is written with AI, and every figure or claim about another company has to come from a page we read or from our own data. An article that fails the checks stays as a draft. Articles are not sponsored and links are never sold.

Privacy
The application and its database are hosted on servers in the European Union. Card details are handled directly by Stripe: we never see or store them. Google Analytics and the Reddit Pixel only load if you accept them; our own visit count uses no cookies and does not identify you.
